Counter Help

The Inside Rental Agent is an inside sales role responsible supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This position is considered the Company’s front line of contact with the customer, whose purpose is to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and an ability to deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.

Yard Help

The Yard Worker is responsible for the stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property. The Yard Worker also inspects and cleans equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged equipment. The role maintains a written report and may service equipment as necessary to ensure equipment meets all set specifications.

CDL Driver

As a Class A or B CDL Driver at West County Equipment, your goal will be to deliver equipment to our customers in a safe, timely, efficient and courteous manner. Frequently interacting with our customers, you will serve as a company ambassador and will provide exceptional customer service. And since we're local, you'll be home every night.
