Off-Clocking Equipment

Equipment remains on rent until the customer notifies us that it is ready for pickup or has been returned. For delivered equipment, we do not pre-schedule pickup based on the original rental duration; the rental continues until we receive a call confirming the equipment is off-rent. For equipment returned after hours, the customer must notify us of the return. If no notification is received, the equipment will be off-clocked at the time our staff first observes it in our yard, and rental charges will continue to accrue until that time.
